I moved to Southern Utah in 1995 and have been in the Real Estate industry since 2005. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, I spent 7 years as an Escrow Officer for a local title company. This experience was invaluable in establishing a firm foundation in understanding many of the complexities of a real estate transaction. I decided to operate on the other side of the closing table in January of 2013 by getting my Real Estate license and joining one of the top producing real estate teams that year in Southern Utah as a buyer specialist. This provided a fantastic opportunity to work with a multitude of customers and provided yet another solid foundation and understanding of how to effectively work with buyers and sellers through high level customer service. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and get the greatest sense of satisfaction when I'm able to work together with my customers and help them accomplish their real estate goals! Everyone has a reason that they plan to buy, sell or invest in real estate and my focus is to fully understand those reasons and then formulate a game plan to make that plan become a reality. I find that taking a consultative approach with my clients allows me to better serve them. I don't only want to know WHAT my clients are in need of, but I seek to understand WHY they are in need of those things. I study the market and help interpret it to help my clients make the best possible decisions. I'm lucky to be able to do something that I enjoy!
