The Boulter’s aren’t typical agents that tell our clients what they want to hear just to get business. We tell the truth and go out of our way to get the job done right. The Boulter team was started by my mom in 2004, followed by my father in 2005, who practiced real estate for several years. Now they are grandpa and grandma but still keeps an eye on me from time to time.

I am Blake Boulter and I started real estate in January 2007, I also received my Masters degree in Business Management, which has helped me become a successful real estate agent. My family is very special and important to me. My beautiful wife Michelle and my three sons, support me 100% and are my team. I know buying and selling real estate for many is making sure their family is taken care of whether its a primary, secondary, or an investment property, it needs to help the family. I love to cook, play sports, camp, bike, and give back to the community. Who am I? A person that my clients can call me a “friend” and a professional.
